	Are you asking about DAK (Debian Archive Kit)?

	You will see that there is an old source code tree in the
CVS and there is a new one in bzr, but it seems that the bzr tree
is not yet restored after the "crash".

	The machine also needs to be DSA controlled. Not only
that, but it needs to have the PostgreSQL database with the
package information, the Debian keyring with valid PGP keys
and LDAP with Developers information.
