Actually the US mirror has been marked as an exception, but I agree with
you. I will note that 35.9.37.225 is also temporarily broken right now with
regard to other architectures (until it catches up completely).
128.101.240.212 otherwise serves as ftp.debian.org, doesn't have the space
to carry other architectures, and should probably be removed from ftp.us.d.o
because it stands out as it is.
