I don't think this is possible, because we don't have machine-parseable
metrics to select which of the 35-odd American mirrors to show.
What we could do is have download.pl feed off a file in CVS, but a separate,
manually-generated one; or from a new tag in the masterlist.

I'd be removing them from the live copy of download.pl now, but I can't log
into puccini.d.o, which is where packages.d.o currently points.
I'm a member of the debwww group, this should be possible...?
