installation issues indigo2



hi there,

i have an indigo2 *currently running* irix 6.5 and i'd like to install debian.
i made a serial wire and booted the d-i into the machine with pxe+tftpd.

the kernel reports this scsi error and the d-i doesn't recognize the hard-disk 
with these messages:
