How to set a lower rate on the serial console?

Hi,

is there a chance to set the rate for the serial console to a slower 
rate?

115.2K is fine is you are using a "modern" Terminal... but I have 
serveral
old hardware which could be used as Terminal, but these only can be set
up to 19.2k or 57.6k

That would be enough for me while using a serial console.

And it would be cool to me using my old System for working on the 
"newer"
