today (after updating via apt-get update/upgrade) I upgraded my CoLo (
was 1.10) via the .deb-packet
% wget
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/c/colo/colo_1.16-1_mipsel.deb
% dpkg -i colo_1.16-1_mipsel.deb
Did work fine, also after a reboot :-))
Now after the update its time to replace the Adaptec with a Soundcard
:-))
From the colors of the Ports Martin seems to have a Creative CT4810
(Ensoniq ES1371/1373)... I only here have a CT4830 with a
EMU10K1-SEF-Chipset.
This wouldnt work? So I have to buy a CT4810 for 10EUR via Ebay :-))

% wget http://www.cyrius.com/debian/cobalt/colo_1.16-1_mipsel.deb
% dpkg -i colo_1.15-1_mipsel.deb
Please note down from which version you're upgrading.
