Qube 2, Sarge + SCSI

Hi,

I would like to use SCSI with my Qube 2. I have tried to make my own 
version of kernel 2.4.27 using the kernel-source package from unstable, 
but no luck. 

I am a bit confused about the patches to be used , the recommended 
kernel-patch-2.4.27-mips is not there. 

Woud somebody please point me in the right direction? 

An exaple of working .config  file would be appreciated as well - I 
don't want the "unnecessary" staff being compiled into my kernel.
