can't upgrade from stable to testing/unstable (Bus error)
hi,
I just installed debian stable (woody) on my 'new' indy. No problems so far.
But now I want to upgrade to debian testing. This doesn't work because of
problems caused by removing the old version of libc6 (error exit status 5).
What I did (after changing /etc/apt/sources.list) is:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
This causes the following error message:

When I type
dpkg -D2 --install /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.3.2.ds1-10_mips.deb
I get these messages:

The same happens, when I try to upgrade to debian unstable.
My machine is a R4400-200MHz Indy running kernel 2.4.16.
What can I do ?
Has anybody installed testing or unstable on an Indy ??
