hi I tried it guided by: http://people.debian.org/~pm/deb-cobalt-howto.txt now, it didn't load the kernel via NFS, until I sticked to the example and used 192.168.1.1 for the nfs-server, then it worked like a charm, I guess this means you have to follow the guide of pm exactly, don't replace your own IPs there, just use the 192.168.1.x range for your setup. hth, hk
