plplot buildd fails on mips

Hi,

My plplot package is failing to buildd on mips due to a problem during the
apt-get installation of the build-dependencies.  Here is the relevant parts
of the buildd log:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libhtml-tree-perl:
 libhtml-tree-perl depends on libwww-perl; however:
  Package libwww-perl is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing libhtml-tree-perl (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
[...]
Errors were encountered while processing:
 libhtml-tree-perl
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
apt-get failed.
Package installation failed

Could the mips buildd administrator help me to understand this problem and,
eventually, reschedule the plplot package for rebuild on mips?
