Re: errornous screen blanking with X
Hi,
these are actually two different issues. The first one looks like a bug
in the kernel's framebuffer code. The later one is a problem in the
X-Server wich can't reliably read the colormap of some newport boards.
Dominik Behr put together a patch that unconditionally restores the
palette on VT switches.
