Indy and Inego woes.



Hello.
Right im going slowlly mad here.
Finally got my SGI's booting (Indigo and Indy2) dhcp whould not work but botp worked like a dream (which may me the solution to my Java station woes too)

Now the problem is the install starts and dumps the

+??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????+ screen but then nothing my key presses dont seem to be getting through.(over serial console)

Any thought please before I lose it completly.
Not even sure how to debug.
