I put up the dpkg (deb and nondeb) into the tree

ftp://ftp.rfc822.org/pub/local/debian/debian/dists/potato/main/binary-mips/base

for the deb ..

and 

ftp://ftp.rfc822.org/pub/local/debian/debian/experimental/

for the nondeb ...
