binutils deb

Hi,
i just build a debian binutils deb .... But i see the following error.

repeat:/usr/mipsel-unknown-linux-gnu/lib/ldscripts# ld
ld:built in linker script:1: ignoring invalid character `\37777777703' in expression
ld:built in linker script:1: ignoring invalid character `\017' in expression
ld:built in linker script:1: ignoring invalid character `\034' in expression
ld:built in linker script:1: parse error

Any ideas ?
