Hi,

please don't file new RFS bugs if the other has not been sponored.
The bot has closed the old one once the package has been removed from
mentors, however, 
 - This can be avoided: Just reupload to mentors, no need to delete
   previous packages.
 - If for any reason the RFS is closed without being sponsored,y
   the correct approach is to reopen the old bug and amend it.


Note, this is an Intend to *P*ackage, not an Intend to *A*dopt,
I've fixed the bug title accordingly



For this RFS, an initial upload has *exactly* one changelog entry:

o3diag (3.2.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Initial release (Closes: #1120678)

Remove the rest.

The mentors package reports lots of lintian warnings, please fix them
and reupload. 

(note: while this tag is not a warning,
silent-on-rules-requiring-root is a false positive and does not need
fixing)

(I did not do any other reviews)

Remove the morinfo tag from this bug when ready.
