the bug you are trying to fix is a bug in doxygen; it already has been
re-assigend to doxygen in the meantime, which is the correct procedure.

Due to the reassigning, it is no longer correct to close the bug in the
changelog of log4c.

As it is a bug in doxygen, it should be fixed there, and not in log4c.

Therefore, as this means there is nothing left to sponsor, so I'm going
to close this RFS.

But thanks for caring and contributing to Debian!
