I remember that I opened an RFS as a bug for a Ruby package and the Kanashiro caught my attention.
I had forgotten that the recommendation is to open in mailing list of the team.

by time stamp 2023-11-05 13:24 now equally mentions `markdownlint` as
dependency for the transitional dummy package `ruby-mdl`.
