Thanks. In this time, the NMU for 6.5 is meaningless because upstream
has released
6.6. I will close the RFS.

I want the NMU because I did the NMU at 6.4 and enable test to
non-fatal for riscv64.
But I think kernel has fixed the for 6.5, so I want to track the issue
from my side.

In fact, I am interesting to maintain the package and want to the fix
RC[0] bug.
