A single repo/source base can be used to generate multiple debian
packages.  A number of games come to mind where we split the
application and the data files into their respective packages.

Some key questions might be are these packages intended to be all
or nothing? Or still independent?  If one package is updated
to this consolidated source base, do all need to updated?
