All looks ok, but uploading right now would serve no purpose -- without
dtkcommon, the package won't compile on buildds, can't be tested by anyone.

I'm tagging "moreinfo" for now so others won't lose time reviewing, I'm
otherwise ready to push the "upload" button the moment the dtkcommon gets
through.
