     - update from debhelper 12 to debhelper-compat 13.
     - update standard-version to 4.5.1 .
     - remove mention to LibraZiK.
   * debian/copyright:
     - add Files-Excluded.
     - update.
   * debian/watch:
     - update to version 4.
     - add versionmangle options for dfsg.
   * debian/rules:
     - adapt to current version.
   * debian/changelog:
     - translation in English.
