Hello,
I guess I have fixed the problem with the dependency. In fact "lazarus-project" is a package downloaded on Lazarus site to get latest version, but that's not the one in the Debian distribution. So I replaced it with "lcl" and it seems to compile.
I don't know if using pbuilder matters nor what pbuilder is. What I found when looking about packages was using debuild.
