To be honest, I chose the license based on examples from other packaged libraries. These files was unlicensed, so I had to chose something.

I fully agree, it will be more convenient to set LGPL2.1+, if it is possible.
I changed the license to LGPL2.1 now. If Cyril says, I'll update it again.

Sorry, I make a mistake when updating my package in mentors.debian.net for the first time. I already figured out how it works, thanks for the explanation.
