Changes since the last upload:

   * Patch wrong argument to cs_transpose which leads to segfault.
     (Closes: #927761)

The previous upload, 3.1.0+dfsg-1, failed on buildd and this patch
fixes the problem.  This package is required for siconos 4.3.0+dfsg-1,
uploaded in parallel, with RFS #962441:
