* New upstream release.
* Change homepage in d/control.
* Updated description in d/control.
* Updated to Standards-Version 4.4.1.
* Use debhelper-compat instead of d/compat

* Changed CHANGES.TXT to CHANGES.txt in d/python3-ebooklib.docs.
* Added ${sphinxdoc:Depends} for binary in d/control.
