Changes since the last upload:
* New upstream release.
- Rewrite Files-Excluded.
* Migrate to debhelper 12:
- Change debian/compat to 12.
- Bump minimum debhelper version in debian/control to >= 12.
* Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.4.1 (No changes needed).
* debian/copyright: Add year 2019.
Build with sbuild and pdebuild are ok. Piuparts has an error about left
files after purging from mime-support.
