Bug#923683: RFS: python-pynetstring/0.1~dev2+git20180925.40cd4a61-1 [ITP] -- netstring library for Python 3

Hello,

while I am unable to sponsor your package, I have some comments that
might help improving it:

1. There are lintian errors. It seems that you have "UNRELEASED" target
in your debian/changelog. A finalized package should point to "unstable".

2. The debian/watch file is missing. As the source of the package is
hosted on GitHub, this should not be difficult to generate. Please see
'man uscan' for examples.

3. It would be wise to maintain this package together with the Debian
Python Modules Team [1].

By the way, just curious. Package python-tnetstring ("typed netstring")
is already in Debian. What is the difference between python-tnetstring
and python3-tnetstring? Are these packages related/overlap somehow?
