Problem is that you are not uploading any source.  Binary-only uploads
are silently discarded.

Okay. Good to know. 
 
You are probably using sbuild, which in its default configuration does
binary-only architecture-dependand builds (i.e. -B). 

Correct! Good deducing. :)
 
You usually want
to perform -F builds in your local system.

Rebuilding right now with ~/.sbuildrc option:

$build_source = 1;
