At this time, what's going to happen is that heimdal will be released in
stretch with version 1.7 rather than 7.1.0, which judging by the gap in
numbers is not what you want. Packages build-depending on heimdal won't
migrate either and thus will release with the version currently in testing.

Only those that have a previous version in testing.
But then, I see that heimdal has a few dependencies, RM is not possible
without removing those as well.
