I took me no more then 20 minutes to make one. Please make it at least one revision per upstream *major* version of Sphinx (1.4, 1.5, 1.6, etc). But even major releases happen quite often nowadays: i.e. 1.5 is expected in end of Oct. or middle of Nov.
