Thinking on it further, it isn't worth wasting time on that since
Google Code is in archive mode and will never be updated so just
comment out the watch file and add a comment saying Google Code is
dead and upstream did not move elsewhere yet.

Sounds like the project is dead upstream and should be removed from Debian?
