Hi Gianfranco,

Could you please have a look at the latest build on dom [1], and give me 
your feedback?

I upgraded the packaging to dh 10, make it build and test with the 
long-awaited opencl-clhpp-headers package, and updated the copyright 
information which were indeed insufficient.
