Something to do with explaining if it "is legally allowed and technically
possible to auto-build the package", although it's not clear to me if that
email (and a presumed response to it) should happen before the package is
uploaded. I'll look at setting this up for my next version of the package.

Well, for access using git there might be but I (finally) see that is not
what you were referring to... I'll see about getting that corrected also with
my next upload of package.
