Misconfiguration of the bugs #804801 and #804802

Hello,

because of the implementation of the Qt5 builds into the Qt4 package of
libjdns, I have delete the obsolete libjdns-qt5 package on
mentors.debian.net. Unfortunately some other person has closed the
merged libjdns-qt5 ITP bugreport (#804802) and also the correct
bugreport for the new Qt4/5 package libjdns.

I'm unfamiliar with the bug report and it looks like I create more
problem with the report than solving than. And so could someone please
reopen and repair my bugreport #804801?
