The new upstream developers have shuffled sources around a lot, and I
am coming to the conclusion I'll need to change the set of sources and
binary packages in order to reliably continue to track distinct
upstream source releases.

On the other hand, the existing packaging worked well enough in the
past, and I'm not yet familiar enough with the code base to uproot it
entirely. That should wait until I have the experience of at least one
release of this package under my belt.

So as a practical matter, I would like to release a working,
maintainable package now, even with some items left on the To Do list;
and tackle the larger task, of tracking new upstream sources, after
that.
