When upstream moved to Github, they stopped signing source packages, and
started only signing binaries.  I asked them to continue signing the sources,
and they said they'd look into incorporating it back into their workflow.

The missing sig was causing issues with uscan and git-import-orig, so I removed
it for now.  Once they start providing signatures again, I'll readd it.
