(Not that I understand what is this patch for...)

(A better fix would be make the extensions SONAME-less, but anyway...)
Instead of the complicated for loop, this should do the trick:

	dh_makeshlibs -X/usr/lib/python

s/FTBS/FTBFS/, s/multiples/multiple/, s/python/Python/ in the patch 
headers.

But the patches no longer have number in their names... So it's 
impossible to tell what happened here if you don't have the old version 
at hand.
