Good. There are only two points remaining: current Standards-Version is 3.9.4. Please check if the package still complies with 3.9.4 and update Standards-Version in d/control accordingly. [1] has an overview of the changes between 3.9.3 and 3.9.4. Since you're not using the repo, please remove debian/gbp.conf. It has no use.
