RFS: asio [O] (#583862)

Dear Mentors,

several moons ago, I offered to adopt the asio package, see #583862.
Despite several attempts to ping Simon, I didn't get any answer since he
offered to sponsor the package.

I have to admit I didn't pursue this further, either. Mostly due to lack
of motivation to nag people. (I'm surprised to realize just now that I
didn't ever ask for a sponsor on debian-mentors, before. Could have
sworn I did.)

Today, Daniel turned to me, showing interest in the updated asio package
(newer version works better with clang, he says). I know it's late in
the release cycle, but please just take this as an offer: I'm still
happy to take over maintenance of asio. (And, I'd obviously appreciate
it being part of Debian.)

I've (re-)uploaded the latest version of the package to mentors (no
change since I last uploaded it there, though - it's still the most
current upstream version available). There are no new bugs filed, I
already commented on all (2) outstanding issues. The new upstream
version would certainly fix one, if not both of them.

The very usual info:

 * Package name    : asio
   Version         : 1.4.8-1
   Upstream Author : Christopher M. Kohlhoff <chris@kohlhoff.com>
 * URL             : http://think-async.com
 * License         : Boost
   Section         : devel

It builds those binary packages:

 * libasio-dev - cross-platform C++ library for network programming
 * libasio-doc - documentation for asio C++ library for network
                 programming

To access further information about this package, please visit the
following URL:

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/asio/asio_1.4.8-1.dsc
