This should be fixed now. I've commited some fixes I have pending to SVN
which should fix also why some manpages are not shown.

I have now introduced a 'more information' link which is available at
http://manpages.debian.net/cgi-bin/man.cgi/info.html and provides information
that was available in the README file.
