I used fit-for-wheezy as the previous version is reviewed and upload
by Steffen Möller, and the changes are not big.

Most of these changes are not related to binary package contents,
except alpha-ieee-doc-clarification.diff, which is already
acknowledged by Matthias Klose, the gcc maintainer.
