Hi Cédric, I believe that you should call dh_compress after dh_installchangelogs : > binary-arch: build install > [...] > dh_compress > dh_installchangelogs Also, your debian/rules may be simpler if you use debhelper's override_* targets, but that's a matter of personal preference. -- Etienne Millon
