Hallo Benoît,

well, that's strange... My packages are always pdebuild-checked and I
built it successfully on amd64, i386 and armel. (I'm using pdebuilder,
not cowbuilder)

I also re-checked again on amd64, even created a new pbuilder
enviroment, but unfortunatly I cannot reproduce this faiure. 

Analyzing your buildlog, there's something strange with ccache:

 ccache: FATAL: Failed to create /var/cache/pbuilder/ccache/7/d:
Permission denied

Could that be an hint?
