RFS: libqsi - second attempt

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "libqsi".

 * Package name    : libqsi
   Version         : 6.0.3-1
   Upstream Author : Quantum Scientific Imaging

 * License         : Propietary
   Section         : libs

It builds those binary packages:

libqsi-dev - Quantum Scientific Imaging (QSI) CCD Libraries.
 libqsi6    - Quantum Scientific Imaging (QSI) CCD Libraries.

libqsi provides library to operate and control QSI CCD cameras and
filter wheels used in astronomical imaging. INDI QSI driver depends on
libqsi. Permission is granted to distribute the library in source and
binary forms without any modification in order to operate INDI QSI
driver. Please add this package to the non-free archive.
