If that's an issue in the packaging, why did you need to upgrade from
2.4.1 to 2.4.2, and why didn't you just do a 2.4.1-2 instead?
It's possible to get this sponsored, even if it wasn't in Debian before,
your sponsor would just have to use the "-sa" flag when building to
include the orig.tar.gz in the upload.
