I have these observations:
1) debian/copyright
1.1) There is an error in the link provided in the Format-Specification field:
http://sv.debian.org/wsvn/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?op=file&rev=135
It should be:
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?op=file&rev=135
1.2) Furthermore, copyright file has to be encoded in UTF-8 but it is not:
Surely lintian would emit a warning
(debian-copyright-file-uses-obsolete-national-encoding) if d/copyright
wasn't UTF-8-encoded.
$ file debian/copyright
debian/copyright: ASCII Pascal program text
Uhm, sorry, no, file cannot be used to determine encodings. Besides,
UTF-8 is a superset of ASCII, so everything is all right according to
file.
