RFS: vpnc 0.5.3r449-2.2 (NMU to fix RC bugs)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my NMU of "vpnc".
It fixes #624203 and #640978.

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

  http://mentors.debian.net/package/vpnc

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/v/vpnc/vpnc_0.5.3r449-2.2.dsc

As it is fairly short, I'm including the debdiff below.

I'd be glad if someone uploaded this package for me.

Florian
