Fwd: Why does lintian tell me this?

Hello everybody!
When I'm running lintian on my almost finished package, it tells me:
E: jailkit: duplicate-updaterc.d-calls-in-postinst jailkit
E: jailkit: duplicate-updaterc.d-calls-in-postrm jailkit
But why? I do not see anything duplicate there.
Here are the complete files:
postinst
#!/bin/sh
#DEBHELPER#
set -e
if ! grep /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh /etc/shells >/dev/null; then \
echo "/usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh" >> /etc/shells ;\
fi
if [ -x "/etc/init.d/jailkit" ]; then
update-rc.d jailkit defaults >/dev/null
if [ -x /usr/sbin/invoke-rc.d ]; then
invoke-rc.d jailkit start
else
/etc/init.d/jailkit start
fi
fi
exit 0
<EOF>
postrm
#!/bin/sh
#DEBHELPER#
set -e
if [ "$1" = "purge" ] ; then
update-rc.d jailkit remove >/dev/null
fi
<EOF>
Can you help me, please?
BR,
Björn
