According to our logs, I see that I don't see anything. That probably
means a plugin crashed for your upload. Could you upload your full
source package (i.e. including changes file) somewhere I can access it?

No, although that causes problems as well because in some cases the
upload would be associated with the old uploader of the package to mentors.
