I know, that's not the issue; sorry for being unclear.

Yes, that's what I meant. The software, a combination of all those
files, will have a license that is the combination the licenses of all
its constituents. So if two licenses are incompatible, it's impossible
to have a piece of software use both of them — unless you can choose
between the two (OR), but here one would have to comply with both of
them (AND).

I'm not sure the Erlang Public License and the GPL are incompatible
though, I'm just asking. But that's probably a question for
debian-legal [1], so feel free to contact them.
